documents

Say which documents and which grade
Most QA teams want the TDS, a recent COA and the SDS to start a vendor evaluation. Pharma buyers usually add the pharmacopoeial statement. Grades are listed on the grades page.

We email the files
Product documents go out the same working day. Batch COAs are attached to each dispatch and can be re-sent for any lot number on your label.

Samples carry the paperwork too
Trial quantities ship with the TDS and the COA of the batch sampled, so lab results can be compared with the certificate.

Audits and questionnaires
We complete supplier questionnaires and support audits for regular customers. Ask when you request the file.

Can I get a certificate of analysis for isomalt?
Yes. A batch COA is issued for every lot and travels with the goods. Any COA can be re-sent against the batch number printed on the bag.
Is the isomalt FSSAI approved?
Isomalt is a permitted sweetener in India (INS 953). Isomalt India operates under an FSSAI licence as importer and distributor, and the licence copy is provided for vendor registration.
Is the isomalt Halal and Kosher certified?
Halal and Kosher certification of the NewTrend product and site are available on request for customers who need them for their own certification.
Do you have an SDS or MSDS for isomalt?
Yes. The safety data sheet is sent with the TDS on request.
Which grade meets pharmacopoeial requirements?
The 80 and 150 mesh grades are used for pharmaceutical work. Pharmacopoeial conformance statements are available from the manufacturer on request.
