// Why isomalt here

Where it earns
its place

01

Reformulate without redesign

Isomalt replaces sucrose bulk 1:1, so recipes, processes and packaging stay the same while the label changes.

02

Claims that hold up

GI 9, 2 kcal/g and non-cariogenic are all measurable and documented. Claims are backed by spec sheets and COAs.

03

Crunch and coat

Crystal grade gives cereal clusters and coated snacks a clean, glassy crunch.

// Formulation notes

Getting it right
first batch

01

For cereal coatings, dissolve NT-ST-30 in minimal water, coat warm and dry at 90 to 100 °C. The coating sets glassy and stays crisp.

02

For spreads, isomalt gives structure without crystallising out at room temperature; hold total polyol below 40%.

03

Pair with a high-intensity sweetener to match sucrose sweetness where the finished product is eaten as-is.
